i was thinking about TAC reports.
I only see the calls in the PSTN usage report.

Does the report show that you called out as a certain queue? Or is it just like a normal pstn call?
I waited a bit longer and the now the call is appearing as a past conference call for the user, but with no queue details. The PSTN usage report shows it as an outbound queue call, but no info about the agent. The call does not appear in the Call Queues usage report.
